  3. The last hour & a half add the Bell Peppers, Onions & any other vegetables you like to serve with Fajitas. At that time shred your chicken into smaller pieces. Serve over rice or in tortillas. Enjoy!

How to make Crockpot Chicken Fajitas Coat the bowl of the Crockpot with a little spray oil. Add the sliced chicken, onion, and bell peppers to the Crockpot. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, garlic, taco seasoning, and salt. Add the remaining ingredients (except for the tortillas and toppings) to the slow cooker and toss to combine. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred meat with two forks.
