  2. Prepare 2 medium onion

  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  12. Get 4tabsp yogurt
  13. Prepare 3 green chillies finely chopped
  14. Make ready 4 green chillies for garnishing
  15. Prepare fresh coriander for garnishing

Keema (Mince) Karahi Keema or mince is just meat that has been finely chopped or put through a mincer and can be from cow/goat/sheep or even chicken. It is easy to cook and every bite you eat has meat in it! - Add the ground chicken and the spices and cook on high stirring frequently until the chicken is nicely browned (this is chicken though so it wont get dark like beef does) - Add the tomatoes, mix well. Chicken Keema : In a deep heavy bottom pan, heat oil. Once warm add onions and green chilies and saute until onion is softened.

Steps to make Mince chicken(keema karahi):
  1. Add 4 tabsp oil add onion fry until light golden.add ginger garlic paste fry 30 second.
  2. Add tomatoes and green chillies.
  3. Add spices.(salt,red chilli powder,termaric and dry coriander powder)
  4. Add 4 tabsp water cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. When cooked well and tomatoes tender,add yougart mix well add minced chicken acook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add 1/3cup water cover and cook for 8 minutes.open and bhonified until oil saparate.
  7. Now add cumin and crushed red chilli flakes.fry 1 more minute.
  8. Now add some green chillies and fresh corriender serve hot with flate bread,butter bread,paratha or bread of your own choice.

Chicken Keema : In a deep heavy bottom pan, heat oil. Once warm add onions and green chilies and saute until onion is softened. Chicken keema is a simple and easy to make Indian dish with chicken mince, onions,tomatoes, spices and herbs. Chicken keema recipe is a hyderabadi style keema recipe which is made in a simple method using onions and tomatoes. It is not mainly a Hyderabadi style of making but can also be seen made using the same style in several parts of the country with slight variations here and there.
