  14. Get 1 teaspoon Ginger crushed
  15. Prepare 2 Green Chillies
  16. Get 1 tablespoon Red chilli paste
  17. Take 1 Onion medium finely chopped
  18. Make ready 2 Tomatoes medium finely chopped
  19. Take 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  20. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  21. Get 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  22. Get 1/4 teaspoon Fennel powder
  23. Prepare 3 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  24. Get 1 +1/4 teaspoon Salt or as required
  25. Take big pinch Cinnamon powder
  26. Prepare 1/2 cup Water
  27. Get other Ingredients :
  28. Take 2 tablespoons Butter unsalted melted
  29. Make ready 1 tablespoon Rosemary dried or as preferred
  30. Get 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme

  4. Preheat cooker for 15 minutes in high. - Meantime, Heat sesame oil in a pan. - Add the crushed garlic. - Add the crushed ginger. Sauté until colour changes and aroma is released.
  5. Add the green chillies. Sauté in oil. - Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until light brown. - Add the tomatoes and sauté until tomatoes are mushy and invisible.
  6. Add the minced meat. Fry in high heat until meat turns colour. - Reduce the flame. Add the dry powders one by one. Save salt for the last. - Add 1/2 cup water. Mix. Cover and cook meat until done. - Add salt finally.
  7. See that the filling should be semi dry. Not pouring nor too dry consistency. - Meat filling is ready. - Cool the filling.
  8. Coming to the dough, transfer the elastic dough to the parchment paper lined baking tray. - Sprinkle olive oil so that pressing and shaping the dough to rectangle / round/ oval becomes easy. - A rough shaping is also fine without any gap.
  9. Stretch dough to 1/2 inch thickness bread. - Brush butter on the surface and sides of the bread dough. - Now top up the bread with the prepared meat filling.
  10. Level and spread throughout the surface leaving the ends. - Sprinkle dried thyme and dried rosemary. - Place the bread inside a preheated cooker. Cover and bake for 20 minutes or until bread turns golden light brown.
  11. Once baked, take the Chilli Tango Meat Focaccia out. - - Delicious Focaccia is ready.
  12. Brush sides with butter for a rich appearance. - - Cut and serve warm.
