Hello everybody, hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, I will show you a way to make a distinctive dish, ramen. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I will make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

You may remember me from such bowls as "First Dish I Learned to Cook On My Own Despite its popularity among the cash-strapped and the sodium-starved, the world or ramen extends.

Ramen is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions every day. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Ramen is something that I have loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have ramen using 23 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Ramen:
  1. Get Prep time 15 mnts
  2. Take Cook time 10 mnts
  3. Take Total time 25 mnts
  4. Prepare tbsp sesame oil
  5. Take 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  6. Take 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  7. Make ready 1 small onion diced
  8. Take 1 tomato diced
  9. Get 1 tbsp ginger grated
  10. Take 1 tbsp garlic grated
  11. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  12. Make ready 2 cups water
  13. Prepare 2 cups chicken stock
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp soy sauce
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp vinegar
  16. Prepare 3 packet instant noodles (knorr or maggi)
  17. Get 1/2 cup spring onions finely chopped
  18. Prepare 4 soft boiled eggs
  19. Make ready Coriander for garnish
  20. Get Sesame seeds for garnish
  21. Prepare Shredded chicken
  22. Get Lemon wedges
  23. Prepare Carrots
Instructions to make Ramen:
  1. Measure all ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Add sriracha sauce and sesame oil in a pot an let it bubble, add the onions and tomatoes and cook for approx. 3 mnts while stirring occasionally. Add ginger garlic and cook for 2 more minutes until soft. Now add water and bring it to a boil. Transfer this into a blender and blend into a smooth mixture. Return it to the pot and add the chicken stock and let it simmer until it boils. Now add soy sauce and vinegar and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes on low heat.
  3. Now put in the noodles and cook for 2 more minutes. You do not want the noodles to over cook or become soggy. Now for plating, in a large bowl, pour in some stock, then the noodles and top it off with shredded chicken, carrots, lemon, spring onions, coriander. egg and anything else that you would like to top it up with. Sprinkle some sesame seeds lastly and enjoy it hot.
