The ingredients needed to make Nutty Chocolate Fudge:
  1. Prepare 70% dark chocolate
  2. Make ready coconut oil (can sub butter if you prefer)
  3. Get almond or peanut butter
  4. Make ready cinnamon
  5. Take salt
  6. Prepare chopped hazelnuts

Cut the fudge into pieces and store in refrigerator. Baileys, White Chocolate and Piatachio Fudge: Sweet, rich, delicious white chocolate fudge with the flavors of irish cream and pistachios. It's creamy, nutty and highly addictive. Add mint-chocolate morsels; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.

Instructions to make Nutty Chocolate Fudge:
  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave or in a bowl over a steaming pan on the hob.
  2. Remove the bowl from the heat, allow to cool and then stir in the rest of the ingredients except for the chopped hazelnuts.
  3. Pour into a small dish lined with parchment paper (I know the photo shows clingfilm but it stuck and was difficult to get out so I suggest paper would be better).
  4. Chill in the freezer for ten mins then sprinkle the nuts on top and continue to chill until set in the fridge.

It's creamy, nutty and highly addictive. Add mint-chocolate morsels; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla extract. This fudge is so common in so many food websites, that it's hard to quote a source. Oh, and I don't spread out my fudge to the corners of the pan.
