Place the strips of steak in a glass bowl and add the lime juice, salt, cumin, and garlic. These Easy Steak Fajitas are juicy, tender, flavorful and way better than the ones at your favorite Mexican restaurant! Served with a healthy dose of peppers and onions, these fajitas are gluten free and low carb. First lay the steak in the pan in a single layer- getting it as spread out and flat as possible will add more flavor.

  1. Slice all your veg and stir fry in a wok pan with a little oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Once softened, add your sliced beef and fry for a couple minutes.
  3. Add your spices and combine well. Fry for a minute for the flavours to incorporate.
  4. Finish by adding in your kidney beans and combine.
  5. Serve up with fresh chopped corriander.
  6. Fill your wraps and enjoy !!!
